Spinal rotation or movement in the transverse plane occurs in almost every sport and also in our daily activities. For the athlete, it is essential that they know and practice rotation utilizing the correct muscle groups and mechanics. It is my hope at the end of this workshop you will have a better understanding of movement in the transverse plane and have many variations to add to your sessions for clients of any age.
