During this workshop, we cover the major benefits to unilateral training. We introduce many interesting variations of exercises not included in the original Reformer Repertoires of most Pilates methods. The goal is to give you many options and ideas for programming for various clients. The exercises range from beginner to advanced.

Identify Muscle Imbalances — This workshop's focus on unilateral strength, mobility, and stability will help to address muscle imbalances.
Create More Balanced Workouts — Learn how to prevent future muscular and mobility imbalances, as well as learn how to teach more balanced workouts.
Add Variety to Your Workouts — Try new, unilaterally-focused exercises that will allow for more interesting workouts and classes.
