That’s why I’ve poured my heart into creating the Pilates IT Factor course at Pilates Grad School.

If you've already joined us for the Introductory Workshop or Foundations Workshop, this is the perfect next step to level up your communication game and teaching mastery. But don’t worry if this is your first PGS experience — you’ll fit right in and leave with transformative skills to take your teaching to the next level!

  • Great question! Your registration covers lunch on both days, plus a fun happy hour on Day 1 to unwind and connect with fellow participants. We’ll also have water and coffee flowing to keep you fueled throughout the day!Hotel accommodations aren’t included, but don’t worry — check out our Hotel Details Page for recommended stays nearby.For breakfast and dinner, we’ve got you covered with a list of our favorite local spots.
