Workshop Objectives:

  • Master Using Your Voice as an Instrument:

    Learn to utilize vocal techniques, including tone, pitch, and volume, to ensure your cues and programming are clearly heard and effectively followed by your clients.

  • Utilize the Physical Aspects of Communication: Enhance your verbal instructions by incorporating body language, including posture, gestures, and facial expressions, to captivate and motivate your clients.

  • Explore and Embody the Pilates Teacher Archetypes:

    Identify your own teaching style and learn to embody various Pilates Teacher Archetypes to become the most effective and versatile instructor possible.

  • Acquire the Skills to Develop the Coveted IT Factor:

    Integrate all learned communication skills to develop the IT Factor, setting yourself apart as an exceptional Pilates instructor and leader in the industry.

Additional Course Elements:

  • Comprehensive Guide: Participants will receive a comprehensive guide of course notes after the course, providing a detailed reference to reinforce their learning.

  • Workbook: A dedicated workbook will be provided for use after the course, allowing participants to journal their progress and stay on track.

    Certificate of Completion: Upon completing the course, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion, including NPCP CECs earned during the course and follow-up coaching sessions.
