Triple Threat - Pilates, Yoga, and Strength Training Fusion Workshop

Triple Threat Strong is a fun workshop that fuses together functional strength movement patterns with foundational yoga and Pilates movement in a high energy, lower impact way. Learn fluid patterns that can be mixed or matched for your population and create your own signature class that opens up the possibilities of movement for your current and future students.

2 NPCP

Workshop Goals:

  • Learn functional movement patterns and why they are necessary for our clients

  • Learn basic strength training exercises that can easily be adapted into and around the Pilates repertoire. 

  • Introduce yoga movements and patterns that create creative challenges into our classes.

  • Learn how to weave different movement modalities together to create a signature flow.

The Details:

  • Once registered you will receive a a Zoom link 

  • The downloadable workbook will be available during the workshop. 

  • This workshop counts for 2 NPCP CEC's. In order to receive your CEC’s you must virtually attend the workshop in its entirety on the designated day and time. If you are live during the workshop you will receive the CEC certificate within three days of attending.

  • If you are unable to attend live, the replay will be available within 48 hours of the live workshop. Should you want to receive the NPCP CECs for the workshop you can request a promo code for access to the on-demand version of the workshop, which will be available 30 days after the live workshop. At that time you will be able to take the workshop quiz and once successfully completed you will receive your NPCP certificate. 

  • As to not miss out on the live teaching element, please ensure your zoom, computer and video are working properly prior to the workshop.

  • This is a lecture demo and you can follow along with the instructor. If you have access to the required equipment feel free to follow along.
